Kapuli in Mäntsälä – The Crossroads of Southern Finland

Kapuli Industrial Park is just a stone’s throw away from the Mäntsälä center, and only 45 minutes from Helsinki-Vantaa International Airport by road. Our energy company, Nivos, helps you with the energy and broadband related matters.

Infrastructure: District heating available, excess heat available from a data center. Kapuli Industrial Park enjoys electric power supplies of first-rate dependability, with sufficient capacity ensured through the connection of local energy company.

This means that the Industrial Park can draw a guaranteed up to 250 MW of electrical power from three electricity stations through either of two power lines. Kapuli is served by three independent 110 kV power cables from three separate connection points on the national grid.

Size is no issue for the Kapuli Industrial Park, as this year the amount of zoned area has been increased by 28 hectares, and now the park has 36 hectares of zoned area in total.
